What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your scheduled pickup are fully refunded. For cancellations within 24 hours, please contact us directly via WhatsApp and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Is tipping expected in Cabo?
Tipping is not required but always appreciated. If your driver provided excellent service, a tip of $5–$10 USD is customary. Our drivers are salaried professionals — your satisfaction is their priority, tip or not.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash (USD or MXN), all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and Mercado Pago. Payment can be made online when booking or directly to your driver upon arrival.
